Any time I access auto vin everything works fine until auto scan begins then I receive the message maxisys not responding would you like to close. At this point it goes back to the home screen? I`ve ttried on a 2016 Colorado and 2015 Kia.

If you are in the us call support and have them do a factory reset. They go in remotely
and make changes now everthing works great. Hope this helps
